 9:00-10:30 PM Workshop
Life sciences companies such as Biogen Idec, Chiron, and Merck, have all faced difficult investigations and/or cases in the courts. Most of these companies have valuable legal teams to help them avoid litigation wherever possible. However, if avoidance isnt possible, they also have the money to fight the battle. As a start up, you probably cant afford the same full time legal counsel, but if you come to this session, youll learn about the 10 most important clauses in your deal to prevent litigation.
